WellReport has no user accounts. You can use the map and read well records without signing up.
Your browser sends your search text and the map area you view to our server so it can return results. Address searches are processed using data and search software on our server.
The server keeps technical logs to run the service and investigate errors. They are set up not to record the addresses you search or the records you open.
The "Original record (PDF)" link opens the scanned record on Ontario's own file server. Our server does not download or keep a copy.

Satellite images come from Ontario's imagery service. Your browser sends that service your IP address and requests for the map area you view. When you open an original record, your browser sends Ontario's file server your IP address and a request for that well's document.
This site sets no cookies.
The WellReport app does not use advertising scripts or tracking tools. It counts how many times the map and the well records are opened each day - a total only, with nothing about who opened them or which record.
